The term “you” refers to anyone who purchases or participates in the services, uses, visits and/or views our website. Canine Gains, LLC (“company”, “I”, “we” or “us”) reserves the right to amend or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without notice. By continuing to participate in services or use our website, you accept those amendments. It is your responsibility to periodically check the website for updates.
Your continued use of the services and website after the posting of any changes to our Terms and Conditions constitutes your acceptance of those changes and updates. COURSE DESCRIPTIONS AND PRICE
Canine Gains, LLC offers both digital training courses and virtual private training services. Online courses include structured training lessons, drills, and progress tools, while virtual private services include evaluations, private training sessions, and coaching determined by agreement.
Descriptions and pricing of both online and virtual private services are provided at the time of purchase. Prices are subject to change at any time prior to your booking or enrollment.
ONLINE PAYMENTS
We use third party service providers to process your payments. You authorize us to charge your credit or debit card, PayPal, Stripe or bank account for the purchase of the course. If we offer a payment plan then you authorize us to charge recurring payments to you as stated on the checkout page when you purchase the course.
All payments for virtual private services are due at the time of booking. We accept digital and virtual payments through approved providers. If you fail to attend a scheduled virtual private session without providing 24 hours’ notice, the session will be forfeited, and no refund will be issued. In the event of emergencies, please notify us as soon as possible to avoid forfeiture.
Refunds are only available prior to the commencement of any virtual private training service. Once training has begun, no refunds will be issued. There are no refunds on completed sessions.
MONEY BACK GUARANTEE FOR DIGITAL DIY COURSES
We offer two types of money-back guarantees for our DIY dog training courses:
1. 5 – Day No Questions Asked Guarantee
We provide a full refund of the purchase price within five (5) days of purchase (the “Guarantee Period”) if you are not completely satisfied. To qualify for this refund, you must submit a written request via email to hello@caninegains.com before the expiration of the Guarantee Period and include a copy of your receipt and/or order number. After the Guarantee Period has elapsed, no refunds will be issued under this policy.
Upon approval of your refund request, we will process the refund using the original payment method within thirty (30) days. Upon issuance of the refund, your access to the course will be immediately revoked, and you must permanently delete and destroy any course materials, including downloaded content, in your possession.
2. Confidence Guarantee – 60 Day Full Refund Policy
We also offer a Confidence Guarantee, which allows you to request a full refund within 60 days of purchase (the “Confidence Guarantee Period”) under the following conditions:

- You have completed the entire course, including all chapters & lessons.

- You have fully followed the provided Training Schedule and completed all Drill Sheets.

- You have contacted our support team at least once for assistance with training challenges. This can be in the form of an email or via a Free 15 minute consultation call.
To request a refund under the Confidence Guarantee, you must submit a written request via email to hello@caninegains.com before the expiration of the Confidence Guarantee Period. Your request must include:

- A copy of your purchase receipt.

- Proof of course completion.

- Evidence of at least one support request and participation in a troubleshooting session with Natasha.

- Refund requests that fail to meet all of the above conditions will be denied.
If approved, the refund will be issued via the original payment method within thirty (30) days. Upon refund issuance, your access to the course will be terminated immediately, and you must permanently delete and destroy all downloaded or retained course materials.
After the expiration of the Confidence Guarantee Period, no refunds will be granted under any circumstances.
3. Refund Requests Based on Dog Suitability
Refunds will not be issued based on the claim that the course was “not a good fit” for your dog’s temperament, behavior, or training needs. It is the customer’s responsibility to determine whether their dog is a good candidate for structured DIY training before purchasing.

COURSE CANCELLATION AND MODIFICATIONS
We reserve the right to cancel or modify the course at any time without notice. We also reserve the right to cancel your order for any errors or discrepancies in our sole discretion.
MANDATORY ARBITRATION AND GOVERNING LAW
You expressly waive your right to bring any legal claims, now or in the future arising out of or related to your use of the course, our website and any other products/services we offer. In the event of any dispute, claim or controversy arising out of or relating to your use of this course or our website, these terms and conditions shall be construed in accordance with the rules and regulations of the state of Colorado and the United States.
You agree to consent and submit to the jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Colorado, United States without regard to the principles of conflict of law or where the parties are located at the time a dispute arises.
You agree to resolve any disputes or claims first through mandatory arbitration in the state of Colorado, United States and shall bear the full cost of arbitration as permitted by law. All content in the course and on our website including but not limited to text, posts, logos, marks, graphics, files, materials, services, products, videos, audio, applications, computer code, designs, downloads and all other information here (collectively, the “Content”) is owned by us and is protected by copyright, trademark and other intellectual property and unfair competition laws with the exception of any content from others that we are lawfully permitted to use.
You are granted a limited revocable license to print or download Content from the website for your own personal, non-commercial, non-transferrable, informational and educational use only while ensuring it’s not in violation of any copyright, trademark, and intellectual property or proprietary rights.

INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify and hold the Company and/or its officers, employees, successors, shareholders, joint venture partners or anyone else working with us harmless from all losses, claims, damages, demands, actions, suits, proceedings or judgments, including costs, expenses and reasonable attorneys’ fees (“Liabilities”) assessed against or otherwise incurred by you arising, in whole or in part, from: (a) actions or omissions, whether done negligently or otherwise, by you, your agents, directors, officers, employees or representatives; (b) all your actions and use of the course including purchasing other products and services; (c) violation of any laws, rules, regulations or ordinances by you; or (d) violation of these terms and conditions by you or anyone related to you; e) infringement by you or any other user of your account of any intellectual property or other rights of anyone. Emails and copies of signatures are acceptable in lieu of originals.
